How will you ship my order? How long does it take to receive it?
We ship all complete orders as quickly as possible. Please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events and peak shopping days.
Rates: Standard shipping rates of $6.99 are sent via FedEx/USPS.
Can I use more than one coupon on my order?
Being a badass comes at a price! Our systems only allow one coupon per purchase.
Are Paladin Tactical items made in the U.S.?
Some shirts are 100% made in America, and all use 100% American-grown cotton. Some shirts are assembled outside of the U.S. to keep costs down (they are assembled in the Americas). All are designed, printed, packaged and shipped by our patriotic veterans in our SoCal headquarters.
My order says “pending.” What does that mean?
Your gear has been processed and we’re getting it out to you just as fast as we can.
The item I wanted is out of stock. What do I do?
Quit your bitchin and keep checking back. If the listing is still there, we will likely reproduce it.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. If you have trouble navigating the checkout process for international shipments, contact Customer Service.
For APO/FPO addresses, please ensure that your shipping information is properly formatted to avoid errors in our shipping systems. Here is an example of a properly formatted address:
